Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During promotional periods, product launches, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
  • Tracking included

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to selected international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

TAMAKIYO is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
